Yes. Electronic contracts can be used as evidence under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, and Kontrax keeps the supporting record. Every signature is logged with its timestamp, signer and OTP confirmation, and both parties' identity documents are bound to the contract. Once both have signed, a SHA-256 hash of the final PDF is stored on the contract and in an append-only audit log, so any later change to the file can be detected. Note that e-signed leases, loans and hire-of-work contracts must also have stamp duty paid through the Revenue Department's e-Stamp system before they can be used as evidence in a civil case; employment contracts owe no stamp duty, and NDAs generally owe none unless they include a guarantee or an agency appointment.
