Are contracts created in Kontrax legally binding?
Fully. Under Thailand's Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, electronic data and signatures have the same legal force as paper, provided the signer can be identified and the document can be shown not to have been altered. Kontrax captures the full evidence chain: timestamps, IP addresses, and a cryptographic hash of every document.
Can I use these contracts as evidence in court?
Yes. Kontrax issues an Audit Trail Certificate that records every step of the signing process. The certificate is designed to be presented in court to demonstrate that a contract is the original, unmodified document.
How safe is my personal data?
Kontrax complies with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Servers are located in Thailand, all data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell data to third parties.
What happens if I exceed 1 contract on the Free plan?
